Big Bus Tours operate hop-on, hop-off open-top sightseeing bus tours in 18 cities worldwide, including London, Paris, New York and Dubai. Historically, Big Bus Tours have sold most of their tickets through on street teams or through partners such as hotels or travel agents, but with Intilery are looking to expand their digital footprint for an end-to-end customer experience.
