Abandon basket campaigns are a key retargeting...
Intilery are excited to announce that they’ve been shortlisted for E-Commerce Agency of the Year at the prestigious Northern E-Commerce Awards.
Since its inception in 2012, Intilery has provided profit-driving customer engagement and personalisation services to a range of industries. From reducing abandoned baskets to increasing the average order value of purchases, Intilery’s unique customer engagement technology has helped to generate revenue for businesses across the UK and internationally.
The Northern E-Commerce Awards recognise all that is great about e-commerce businesses and suppliers in the North of England. Hosted in Manchester, the awards celebrate exceptional work across 23 categories, and are judged by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts from well-respected brands such as Shop Direct, icelolly.com, House of Fraser, LateRooms.com and Sofology.
Intilery was created in 2012 when founder and digital visionary Gareth James (formerly of MoneySupermarket.com and the Hut Group) was in search of an all-in-one technology solution that made it easier to implement and manage customer engagement techniques with a foundation in personalisation. He couldn’t find it with the level of sophistication required, so he decided to build his own.
Gareth said “We’re delighted with our inclusion on the shortlist. It’s a testament to the hard work undertaken by our excellent team, and the great results we’ve achieved with our clients. While we’ve been recognised as an e-commerce agency for bringing together technology and consulting, our work goes much further – many businesses can benefit from having better customer engagement, and that’s great to demonstrate”.
The Intilery platform is a powerful, versatile marketing tool used by clients who place customer satisfaction at the core of their growth strategy. The combination of this innovative software and Intilery’s collaborative consulting help clients transform their approach to marketing by providing an integrated, real-time view of customer behaviour across web, email, mobile, app and offline.
