Gareth James

Founder and CEO

A mathematician and computer programming prodigy, Gareth was one of the minds behind As Chief Architect and International IT Director he was hands-on with both the creation of the groundbreaking price comparison software and the business model which transformed first insurance, then financial services, travel and more. His contribution was key to MoneySupermarket undergoing the biggest IPO since Google in 2007. In 2012 Gareth launched Intilery and is responsible for much of the innovation behind the development of the system.

Tom McMillen

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Tom co-founded Intilery in 2012 and has been instrumental in its launch and continual development. With foundations in Physics and Astrophysics Tom has always been motivated by the challenge of finding solutions to the unexplained, and constantly looks for ways to 'make things work'. With over 17 years of experience in IT Tom was well placed to design the middleware/guts that powers Intilery's platform.

Amanda Clancy

Chief Marketing Officer

Amanda is a strategic marketer with over twenty years' experience in the field. She brings a wealth of marketing knowledge gained across multiple sectors including travel, tourism, banking, manufacturing and consultancy. well versed in CRM, Amanda is an award winning executor of in-depth segmentation methodology and innovative digital marketing approaches. With over sixteen years' client side experience, she understands the business drivers and priorities of clients, their challenges and performance objectives - and so can help direct and shape strategy.

Mike Harris

Chief Operating Officer

A 16-year veteran of SaaS software, Mike's held various executive and leadership roles in marketing technology, most recently GM EMEA at Monetate and prior to that launched and managed Omniture’s Test & Target (now Adobe Target) business in Europe. Mike holds a business degree from Queen’s University in his native Canada.

Lyndon Hancock

Client Services Director

Lyndon is the voice of the customer at Intilery. He advises on best practice and technical development to allow clients to push the boundaries of conventional engagement software.

Being responsible for client happiness is no mean feat – his expertise is built on 18 years blue chip experience, combining great relationship skills and commercial agility.
