Intilery has been shortlisted for Best Use of Omni-Channel

Intilery, the leader in customer engagement software, has been short-listed for the The Drum Digital Trading 2018 Awards in the category of Best Use of Omni-Channel with their client Sofology. 

The other finalists include: Rakuten Marketing for Bally; House of Kaizen for McAfee; Precis Digital AB for HBO Europe; Tug Agency for Tech21; Merkle | Periscopix for Legal & General; Akbank for Programmatic TV and the7stars for Bacs.

“It’s been a great year of momentum and recognition for Intilery, having won two major awards in the retail and travel sectors” says CEO Gareth James. He adds “Brands are embracing customer engagement as a key strategy for understanding their customer and delivering a personalised experience across channels”.   

The results will be revealed at the awards ceremony on 31 May at the Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge Hotel, London.
