Understanding the Buyer’s Journey

We now want to make sure that the journey you will embark on when signing up with us, is as welcoming and hassle free as possible, starting with giving you a rundown on what to expect during your first few days after signing up.
1. Provide your preferred email address.
2. The Intilery team will create your account.
3. Receive your log in details and create your new password.
4. Receive your support documents and guides.
5. Set up (the techy party).
6. Go live!
In terms of support, we have worked hard to ensure that we can provide you with all the guidance you need to be self-sufficient in using the platform. Our approach, platform and supporting documents and guides (which include videos) are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of how to use the software, with all new clients receiving high level product overview training.
Our Client Services are on hand via Zendesk to answer any questions you may have, and we are currently working towards enabling an in app-chat service for these enquiries.
