Jan Novak
CRM Executive
Tell us a little bit about yourself and your role within Intilery?
I’m a CRM Executive and in my role, I deal with all things Intilery CRM – whether it is campaigns, journeys, or client queries. My responsibilities also cover website management, social media, and graphic design. Together with our CMO Adam and CRM Executive Antonia, we make sure that clients get the most out of our CRM, whatever their goal. I’ve been with Intilery since August 2022.
What’s something exciting that you’re working on at the moment?
I’m new to Intilery so I’m really enjoying getting to know everyone here and the ropes of my role. The working environment is really friendly, so if you’re looking for a place full of super nice and welcoming people – this is it.
How do you spend your time when you’re not working?
I like to keep active, together with my fiancée we often go through long walks in nature, visit cultural and historical places, and even play games (which we like a lot: pc games, chess, card trading games, board games..). And just like everyone, we love travelling.
