Intilery Sitting Pretty With Sofology
Omni-channel customer engagement platform Intilery scoop the award for Best Use of Marketing and Engagement Technology at the Retail Systems Awards 2017.
The accolade was awarded in response to the work with innovative long-term client Sofology who use the Intilery Marketing Cloud to power their omni-channel customer engagement strategy.
The award recognises Sofology’s on-going successful omni-channel retargeting campaign using the platforms powerful personalisation capabilities, and demonstrates a deep understanding of their customers’ off and on-line behaviour.

The announcement comes as a welcome addition to the list of award nominations secured by Intilery in 2017, including Tech. by Retail Week.
